Our fast-growing, high-velocity marketing agency is searching for a Bilingual Copywriter with a flair for crafting compelling copy that not only captures attention but also drives conversions. About the Role:

As a Copywriter, you will tap into our 'Grow or Die' philosophy, constantly seeking to improve your craft and our clients' results. You will develop high-converting VSL scripts, persuasive ad scripts, and engaging emails that embody our 'Results First' mentality. With success as your duty, you'll pour your creativity and effort into your work to ensure our clients' success.

Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:

  • Crafting Engaging and Persuasive Copy: Your primary task will revolve around curating content that doesn't just capture attention but also instigates action. Expect to create VSLs, ad video scripts, ad copy, emails, and more.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in tandem with growth marketing consultants to internalize client needs, tailoring your copy for unmatched impact.
  • Diving Deep into Marketing Psychology: Harness direct response marketing principles and delve into customer psychology to curate compelling narratives.
  • Quality Control: Proofreading is paramount. Ensure every piece of content ticks the boxes for quality, grammar, and consistency.
  • Data-driven Optimization: Collaborate with our performance teams, tweaking copy based on metrics to boost efficacy.
  • Continuous Learning: Always be in-the-know about industry trends, shifts and best practices.
  • Upholding Timeliness: Maintain punctuality, ensuring project timelines and client satisfaction aren't compromised. Timely execution is the name of the game!
  • Proactive Strategy Refinement: Recommend enhancements, be it new copy angles or A/B test proposals.
  • Client Interactions: Occasionally, become our client's go-to copywriting guru.
  • Training and Mentorship: Impart copywriting wisdom to newcomers, elevating agency-wide quality.
  • Competitor Analysis: Study competitor moves for insights and differentiation.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensure your copy aligns with all legal and platform-specific guidelines.
  • Bilingual Copy Adaptation: Craft and adapt content to resonate with English and French audiences, understanding the nuances of both languages.

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
  • A deep understanding of customer psychology and direct response marketing.
