Your Mission
Own the execution, coordination, and delivery of all client production mandates.
Your job is simple (and demanding):
👉 Make sure every project moves forward, every task is clear, and every deadline is respected — from initial brief to launch-ready delivery.
You are the person who ensures that strategy turns into execution, and execution turns into results.
This role is 100% operational. You don’t talk to clients. You don’t make creative or strategic decisions.
You make things happen.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the operational execution of all active client mandates
- Maintain absolute accuracy inside ClickUp — tasks, timelines, dependencies, statuses
- Break down mandates into clear, structured tasks across strategy, production, editing, and delivery
- Build and manage timelines based on real capacity, deadlines, and dependencies
- Monitor progress daily and proactively flag risks before deadlines are threatened
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and zero bottlenecks
- Ensure every task contains the full context required to execute properly (no guessing, no chasing)
- Quality-check deliverables before they move forward in the process
- Extract context from meeting recordings, Slack conversations, and internal documentation
- Use tools like ClickUp, Slack, and Fathom daily to accelerate execution
- Identify operational gaps and propose process improvements that increase speed and reliability
You are the operator making sure execution is tight, clean, and predictable — even as we scale.

- Timeline management and risk forecasting
- Cross-team coordination from brief → production → editing → delivery → launch readiness
- Ensuring nothing moves forward without proper context and quality control

- Experience in project coordination, operations, or production environments
- Strong understanding of how direct marketing, content, and creative workflows function
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written documentation habits
- Comfort working across multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp is a strong plus)
- A proactive mindset — you spot problems before they become fires
- Fluency in French and strong comprehension of English
